CriticalThe staff were unaware of us coming. They were not prepared with a gluten free meal and scrambled to come up with something. The director sat down with us before our tour and informed us that they do not provide gluten free meals, so we we did not take the tour.

My mom was still active when she was at Mallards and participated in the activities and visited with many of the residents. The overall I think I would give it a five the lowest rating would be the food which I would probably give it a three my mom complained the most about the food.. She was on a low sodium diet and everything was pretty high in salt. Also not a lot of vegetables and alot of processed food. My mom thought the staff was very kind and helpful.

5 for everything regarding Mallard Landing! Everything is good, the cleanliness of the community is good as well as the meals that are prepared. We like that the medication is done. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
