Our community offers a selection of 114 villa apartments, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and memory care villas. Each villa is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a private bath with a barrier-free shower, and a 24-hour emergency wireless call system for added peace of mind. The beautifully landscaped grounds include walking paths and peaceful sitting areas within the private courtyard and patio. Residents also enjoy a variety of amenities, including a fitness gym, health and wellness spa with a Jacuzzi and massage area, beauty salon, coffee bar, bistro café, general store, computer lab, and a modern theater room. The second-floor Tuscany room, with its high ceilings and wine-themed décor, provides a wonderful space for family gatherings and community events. Additionally, Manteca Assisted Living offers an award-winning Memory Care program, designed to support individuals with memory loss and related special needs, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

My experience is in the memory care unit. My [age removed] old Mother with dementia has been there nearly 3 months. The individual, Private bedrooms are a good size (twin or double bed, a chair, small dresser) also a good size clothes closet. You can choose a private room and bathroom OR a private bedroom with a Jack N Jill shared bathroom.
