Maple View Memory Care

Tour

I toured Maple View and absolutely loved it. The staff was welcoming, kind and very interactive with their residents. I saw lots of smiles. The atmosphere was very calming, homey and clean. The building smelled nice and was very clean. I loved the big, well lit hallways.

Maple View Experience

I felt in Maple View they did not really care. If she wanted to stay in her room all day they let her. I felt a bigger effort could have been made to make her feel a part of things. I was thankful when they took her but I just felt like she didn't really matter as a person. Not everyone some of the staff were good and she may have been uncooperative.

Recommended

I am happy with Maple View Memory Care. I have not had any experience as far as food or activities as I am not there during those times, but I know my mom is not complaining. I have come in to visit at various times and she is visiting with staff and seems happy. I would recommend Maple View Memory Care to others.

Our experience so far is satisfactory.

I would recommend it. I like the rooms. And they have a nice area for activities, although I wish they would do more activities geared toward men. They could also do more hands-on activities, maybe something with blocks. The staff s really nice whenever I have questions or want something done. They're short-staffed but doing the best they can. There's urine smell in my loved one's room sometimes, but they're working on it. Overall I'm satisfied.

My loved one could not join me on the tour of Maple View, but I found it to be a great facility and a good tour. It is a lot like the facility that he ended up choosing. The only downfall was the location, he lived in another state and did not want to make a move this far.

Nice Facility

This is a very nice community, and so far we are pleased with my sister in law move to this community. My nephew goes to visit her often, and he is satisfied with the care she is receiving. If anybody needed similar care to what my sister in law needs. This is a community I would recommend, it is good facility.
