PositiveMy tour of Marbella was very good. [name removed] was so pleasant was informative. Able to answer any questions and to anticipate questions. I was invited back the next day for an event "Visit to Tuscany" which I attended and brought a friend. [name removed] suggested we stay for dinner which we did. It was good to see the mix of people and taste the food. Which was good. [name removed] stopped by our table to answer any questions when another 'sales' person came to our table and sat down uninvited. She totally too…

PositiveThe senior living residents appear very active in the "House" activities. The library and card rooms are active and the front desk readily responds to assist. In Memory Care the staff are ever watchful of individuals under their care and "flow" as a team attending to individual client needs.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff and other residents are friendly and happy. Food is not gourmet standards but is good and nutritious. We don't have to cook or shop for groceries so that is a big plus. Activities are fun and helpful. Activity director is great and always has fun new ways to exercise our bodies and minds. Apartment size is normal. Not too large but adequate. Getting new carpets, paint and furniture in common areas. While not shabby, the look has been a bit aged. I had not noticed until they started talking of updating it. …

PositiveVery nice, tuff sales pitch! But enjoyable tour it’s on my list of places I would love to live at a senior living place.
★★★★★
PositiveWonderful warm, loving home for seniors. Marbella is filled with activities and educational and entertainment for all interested residents. The staff is warm and friendly. The best of all is the wonderful residents. Meal time is so friendly and fun. It’s like eating out every night with friends. The safety issues are top notch. You are safe and well cared for. Our kids are delighted with the care. They know we are safe and happy.

CriticalThe staff is wonderful. Dining needs to be improved. The entertainment and stuff is very nice. We have a nice selection of entertainers. We have Jazz, and all kinds of music. The people that live here are all very needy and Brookdale gives them what they can. When you walk in it looks like a hotel lobby. It's beautiful.
