Our brand-new assisted living community is located on a quant peninsula on Lake Monroe adjacent to a 200 boat slip marina. In addition to being located on the water, our community is only 2 blocks from Historic downtown Sanford. As a resident of Marina Isle you will enjoy the benefits of waterfront living while also remaining close to a vibrant city. Staff has been attentive and responsive. [Name ARemoved] has not been there long enough to experience specials. The bathroom is handicap accessible and will be convenient as Mom needs more help in showering and toileting. The bedroom looks nice. You have to downsize but it's age-appropriate a twin bed, a recliner, and end tables fit well. A dresser also fits very well. The chefs do not use salt when cooking. The food was outstanding! A beautiful facility and everyone is so kind and friendly. My mom wasn't there long because of her condition and death, but I felt it was probably one of the best places she could have been. Clean, modern and well taken care of.

Mom was there for one month so the extra [fee removed] fee was overkill. Otherwise it would be a 5. The friendly staff! Everyone was so nice! The location, parking and reception area were such a nice surprise. Clean, modern and welcoming! Also, there was a nice bathroom in my mom's studio, and of coarse the view everywhere including her room.
