She is very happy there. The staff is very attentive and kind.The therapists are proactive and are great at keeping me informed as to her program and progress. All are upbeat and friendly. The staff dispenses my mother's medications in her room at the appropriate times.

Mars hill charged me for a month and just NOW gave me a refund. The floor staff is wonderful- they loved my momma. The management at mars hill,[names removed] NEVER said they were sorry for my loss - just kept asking "are you out yet?" I was packing all my momma's stuff up all by myself. I was there every day with my momma. I was very close to her. They were cold and insensitive.

MHM is by far the best residential AL living option we have seen. After touring 4-5 others, a friend recommended we needed to visit. Because we were concentrating on Asheville options, the thought to visit Madison County didn't occur to us, but we are glad we did! Mom joined the waitlist and is moving forward with plans once her apartment is ready. The extra 15 minute drive is worth it for an option which meets our goals. Staff were extremely nice during tour. PositiveMARS Hill Manor, A place for family.
Mars Hill Manor is a great place for families that want their mother, father or both to be properly looked after in their later years. They treat everyone there as if they are part of their own families. Nursing staff is onsite 24 hours a day. Residents are constantly involved in activities to enhance both their physical and mental health. Families are kept up to date on their family members residing there by weekly emails. My family would highly recommend them.
