Not a Good Fit

I would not recommend this place. They did not take care of my father, I had to follow up with them repeatedly for help and service. I provided them feedback in the moment. We moved him out of the facility and it took over 3 months for a refund. They were attentive for the sale but that's when it drops. It's also not a secure facility. Anyone could walk in at night. There was only the nurse at night.

The people are wonderful, residents and staff. The food is not always the best. I would recommend. The food is good. It's just that the selection is more modern day and everyone living there is over 60 so more meat and potatoes kind of meals would be better than Mexican and Asian several meals and several days per week. The place is clean. The staff helpful. The residents happy. Overall it's a good place

Pros and cons

[name removed] at the front is great! There's no director of nursing at this time. [name removed] the care I was promised on admission have not been followed through on unless I harass people. The replacement DON lasted 1 day. The building Admin changed the week we admitted and now I have no idea who the admin is. [name removed] in sales is great at her job! But once you are there she doesn't remember you at all. As for services and cost: my mother has had 1 shower by staff done February (I volunteered to help …

This facility was nice but we are looking for a place that takes medicaid waiver. This place has applied and has been waiting for approval for more than a year and a half. Not an option for us.
