We picked them because it was close to our house. Also they were better when we moved her in, if a friend asked I would be honest and say the food sucks they are short staffed but the other residents and a couple of the staff are super friendly.

McFarland Villa Review

No activity's, NO activity director, CNA care 4, toilets horrible but I believe the city fixed the issue to to the state evaluating, cost ridiculous, food 1, my Dad didn't like I brought him food many nights.,care 2 thank god my dad was on hospice because hospice staff showered him. Not recommend.

This was a good tour experience for our loved one and family. The staff were very nice. Our loved one wanted to be closer to family and friends.

Friendly-Caring Staff

They had a toliet that kept getting clogged in my loved ones room. They have really good staff but they are overworked, and short staffed. My loved one did not care for the food. They did not have an activities director.

Would recommend

McFarland Villa is a really great place. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, and they put up with my loved one. He did not want to live this far away from his friends so he moved. I would recommend this facility to others.

Needs more staff

They have a lack of qualified staff -because of the lack of staff, it is affecting a lot of other things. If they were fully staffed, they would get all 4's or 5's. It is a very nice place and it has been a good fit for my mom, she has been much more social since moving in here.
