It was great seeing my aunt and witnessing the care she receives here. Staff are welcoming and treat my aunt with so much kindness and respect. Our family appreciates those who work hard to create a place where residents feel at home.

Great staff

My mom has been living here for a while now, and she absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, caring, and always make residents feel welcome. There always seems to be something fun going on, whether it's games, crafts, or social events. It's great to see her staying active, making friends, and enjoying herself. We're very happy with the care and attention she receives. Highly recommend!

Good Place and Staff

I was pretty nervous at first about my dad moving in here, but it’s actually been really good. The staff are nice and always helpful. My dad seems way more comfortable and happy than I expected. It honestly gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly caring towards residents. They take pride in provodong quality care and creating a positive atmosphere. I had such a great experience with them. This place is greate for anyone looking for a safe and supportive community for their loved ones.

Review for Brookdale Finneytown

We would not recommend that facility to no-one. Very understaffed and unprofessional, a couple of good staff but they are stretched very thin! We had to pay two aids to help with care of our mom because of lack of care. We had to pull our mom out after she fell a few weeks ago and the knot on her head is still very visible

I love the layout of this place. Everything is clean and has a very friendly staff. [name removed] was great on showing me around and helping me choose a place for my sister-in-law. I think I will enjoy my visits there.
