The staff has been very supportive in helping our senior acclimate to the new environment. [name removed] has been great as the head nurse, always keeping us informed. [name removed] has also been very communicative and forthcoming with information. The location is a bit far for us, but is beautiful and well worth the extra drive. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I would say from the onset it was very easy. Their admissions coordinator scheduled a zoom tour with me since I live in another state. They were able to have my brother and mother go over Thanksgiving weekend for a tour. My paperwork and their coordination to her move in date was easy. Since then as my mother initially struggled to adjust and her memory issues became more apparent they utilized their expertise to keep the family informed. PositiveMeadow Glen Is a Fantastic Place for Residents and Would Recommend To Anyone
We had a great experience with the community. My loved ones enjoyed the food served. There were three meals a day and there were choices for the residents to choose from. They allowed us to bring snacks and drinks for our loved ones. The staff was very friendly. The staff communication was very proactive and very responsive to our requests. They were good at making time available for family to visit our loved ones.
