Positivewould recommend
For most of my mom's stay at Meadow Oaks, I was not in town. I'm her primary caregiver and that is the reason for her being in the facility at that time. My siblings visited her often and are probably better able to give an assessment; below are my sister's ratings. If we choose/have to do this in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call Meadow Oaks. My mom seemed happy enough there though it's hard to tell with her memory issues. The community is also close to the hospital.

Admin, nursing, activity, kitchen and housekeeping staff are wonderful, caring and terrific. Only the sales/marketing office is "off" lead by a person who says "yes" to everything but rarely means it and constantly "forgets" verbal agreements. Just communicate in writing as you are moving in and get done with Sales...then the rest will be great.

We moved my mother-in-law into Meadow Oaks of Roseville earlier this year, and the experience has been wonderful. The facility is beautiful, the staff is warm and attentive, and she has truly been enjoying her time there. Sheri, in particular, has gone above and beyond to support our family through this transition. The team helped coordinate video doctor visits and even visited my mother-in-law at her previous residence beforehand to get to know her and ensure Meadow Oaks would be the right fit.
