I would rate all of them as 5 except quality of care. I would rate it 4 because the care team had difficulty managing her changing meds (we had to monitor) and some of the aides had to be called out for slow response times. It was immediately corrected when we brought it to the director's attention. In their defense our loved one is a difficult person and doesn't like being in any facility. I can tell you they add a lot of extra charges that are very expensive. The medical staff that takes care of the medicine is very difficult to work with cleanliness is exceptional. The caregivers during the day in the memory care are very, very nice. The value for the money is bad. The overall experience for us was bad. If you are rich and money is not a factor at all then fine but it costs more than they tell you when you are deciding

It appears to be a nice, well maintained and caring facility during the initial tour. However the executive team lacks empathy and concern, it is poorly managed, understaffed and rampant. I wouldn’t recommend it under any circumstances.
