At Melody Living, residents are equipped with the means to lead enriching and engaging lifestyles without the stressors of daily life. Staff members provide housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance, and concierge service, so residents have more time to make friends and create lasting memories. Residents are encouraged to maintain their hobbies and take on new ones. Residents are free to take advantage of the on-site library, art studio, hot tub, fire pit, bistro, fitness center, salon, putting green, walking paths, and more. Additionally, residents may join one another for regularly scheduled devotional, recreational, and social activities. Lastly, residents are free to choose from one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans. I do not recommend this senior living community due to ongoing and serious safety failures. For over a year, exterior doors did not lock properly, including overnight, despite repeated concerns. This occurred during a period of car break-ins and thefts in the parking lot, putting residents at clear risk. A particularly alarming incident involved a resident who went missing. I feel very comfortable with the care my wife receives at this facility. They do a wonderful job of informing me of my wife's daily activities such as how well she ate that day or what exercises she performed like dancing or day trips around town for sightseeing .
