PositiveA Great Place to Call Home
Definitely a 5 on all. I love this place, and am quite happy with the people who run the complex ... from the administrative staff to the maintenance crew. Most of the residents are friendly (there always has to be a couple cranky folks ... but they just make everybody else seem that much nicer). Would I recommend Mera City Center? I would, and have.

PositiveFriendly staff and a sense of community without the pressure of being a homeowner.
For me it's a 5. If you like something to do to keep you busy there is something going on everyday. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The residents are friendly, many new friendships are made here. There is a singles group and a couples group that enjoy outings to local restaurants and recently a comedy club. While I am neither a Texas Rangers nor Kansas City Royals fan we are within walking distance of Surprise Stadium. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are prompt and thorough. The grounds are well cared for and the common areas are cleaned every day. The apartments are larger than the floor plans look like. The other residents are very friendly and there are activities for everyone. I've made several good friends.

The staff is kind, plus the ease with getting settled; the friendliness of the people already living here; the accessibility to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, recreational activities are all within a two mile radius. My one bedroom is perfect for me. They have 8 floor plans. Four each of 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms.

PositiveRelaxed and Enjoying Retirement
It took us a while to get the house on the market but the building sales manager, [name removed] helped us do much. We have finally settled in and are really enjoying the community. I love baseball, we are very close to many spring trading facilities, including one outside our back door. Shopping is near, many things to see and do here or just hang out here, plenty to do here as well. I am working my way through the books in the buildings library.
