We love Mercy! It's a great fit for [name removed]! The staff is loving and caring. There are multiple activities each day. The food is very good to excellent cleanliness is very good for our knees. The part of the room apartment sizes is fine for now.

Excellent Experience

The staff that works there are very knowledgeable about what you need for loved ones with dementia. They are attentive, caring and very much there for their resident. The facility is extremely clean, well kept. The rooms are the largest I saw. I toured 7 other facilities, and this was not in my list. I went at the last minute, and was extremely glad I did. The neighborhood isn't much, but what's important is the people on the inside. I would absolutely recommend this facility for families making the extremely hard …

One of the reasons we selected Mercy was for its spiritual/faith program which includes daily mass. Perfect setting for my aunt. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My husband and I toured here when we were trying to find a place to live and we thought maybe we’d like it but when we went to take a tour, it seemed like the people that were there needed more help than what we did. However, from what we saw, they were keeping everything very clean. They have several levels of care available depending on what you need.
