We love this place. There's lots to do, friendly staff, always willing to take you places. Bad things are maintenance because it's an old building, laundry room machines always broken, dining hall low staff.

I can tell you that the place has really gone downhill. No AC on the 6th floor and repairs haven't even started. Been going on for awhile. Food service and quality has also gone way down hill. I am seriously considering moving my Dad

PositiveOur experience
The A/C has been on a temp unit for 6 weeks . The maintace people have been there along as my mom has been there , there playing catch up . The laundry rooms machines do not work or work poorly due to lack of maintenance. I have seen a salad served that should of been thrown out. My mother's digestive track ,let's say she's been in the bathroom a bunch. We even brought her to the Doc for testing ,whating for the results.

The receptionist and staff are always friendly. They advertise that cable is included in the monthly rent, but it is not! I had toured a few assisted living facilities and found the Meridian. This place is nice and welcoming. The tour with [Name Removed]was very informative and very pleasant! The Meridian used to be an Embassy Suites. The lobby is beautiful and so is the large indoor atrium. The have a big library, theater room, dog area, pool, activities on and off site.
