The apartments are beautiful and well-appointed. The staff is incredibly caring, food is tasty. Love that the dining room is open 7 am to 7 pm! The facility is kept very clean, and issues are attended to in a timely manner. There are activities each day, and most seem to be well attended. We have had some occasional issues with timing of support services for my mom, but we have been able to communicate those concerns and they are addressed in a timely manner. All in all, would recommend this facility.

The facilities are beautiful. I was introduced to employees as they passed by during the tour. Even spoke to the chef. It was very clean and quiet. Residents all had smiles on their faces and were addressed by name. Each of the rooms I was shown were spacious for the type of room. I was given a list of how the monthly rent is calculated which is appreciated. It was explained about the yearly increase and that you can have overnight guest for up to 5 days which is really nice to know.

[name removed] was very friendly and upbeat. The facility is modern and bright and not too big. The food is excellent and the staff always friendly.

The facility was beautiful and modern. The rooms were a great size. However, it felt sterile and cold. I felt like I was in a fancy hotel instead of a home. In the memory facility, I didn't see any comfy couches or chairs to sit on. It seemed like everyone was in a wheelchair, with just a few in armchairs. As nice as it was, it is not the place for my aunt.

Our family's experience

My brother is in Assisted Living with Level 2 care. He was level 3 when he moved in a year ago. We made some adjustments that weren’t needed. Overall I think it is a wonderful place to have your loved one. It is always clean and well maintained. The residents and staff make up a variety of cultures. They recognize and celebrate them all. From the minute I walked in the door to the end. I was very impressed with the entire tour. [name removed] was amazing and covered everything. I highly recommend. I met a few residents that seemed very happy.
