Same as other review

As with the other review, thin walls, noisy, tho most residents are quiet at night. Windows leak and are drafty . Parking stresses you out, if none in the lot you have to walk well over a block. No real amenities, some people get together with some activities but nothing coordinated by management. Everything is 8 miles or more away for everyday shopping. As a former resident I thought the people were nice, the old school has charm and the apts are clean and bug free. I moved to where I have a small outdoor space, w…

Critical

Ok for an apartment building

Old, cranky people live here. Building is noisy, thin walls, creaky floors. Doesn't bother me, but some here get their feathers ruffled. Biggest problems are: They need a monthly maid service to come vacuum, mop and dust hallways and common areas. Parking sucks: 16 spaces and 24 units. Really? This is just plain stupid. Management doesn't seem to want to do anything about it either. However, there is much worse out there. The units are well kept, and clean and bug free.
