Milestone Senior Living review

I have no problem where my mom is at. She likes it there. She's very adjusted. I think all the assisted living places are too much money to be honest with you, but that's my personal opinion. My mom does like it there. She's very happy with it. She has friends now. She doesn't have to see them if she doesn't want to. She has her own room so she has plenty of privacy her own bathroom which she loves. I told her it's like living on a ship you have to go down for meals, she never has to worry about anything else

Good Experience

My loved one really enjoys their time in. This has been a good experience for my loved one. My loved one has made friends and this is great to see. The staff communication with the family has been good, and they are good to keep us informed and answer our questions. The staff are very kind. I like the community, and it is kept clean. There are meals that are provided. I've even been able to eat with my loved one on occasion.

Milestone Where We're Family Not Just a Guest

I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. The staff are easy to work with. The communication with the family is very good as the staff are good at keeping us updated about our loved one. My loved one is very active with their activities provided. It seems more like a family, as the staff gets to know all the residents. There are three meals a day served, and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

My review

The general staff would be a four out of five, but as far as the upper management goes, that would be a one out of five. The rooms at this community are about a four out of five, and the food would be a three out of five.

Peace of mind about my mom’s care is the greatest thing Milestone has provided.

Milestone Provides Excellent Care

My experience with Milestone Senior Living has been excellent. Their staff is patient, caring and compassionate. They are responsive to any questions I have/had, as well as communicating any concerns they may have to me. They strive to tailor their services to meet the individual needs of those in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend Milestone Senior Living to friends or family members.
