Positive[name removed] was wonderful. She gave us the tour and answered all of our questions about the facility. [name removed] and the entire staff were friendly and very kind. Everyone had smiles on their faces including the residents. Would highly recommend Milford Place.

While some of the staff can be a bit rough with residents, most of them are extremely helpful and caring. One area that could use improvement is housekeeping in the resident apartments. I've had to repeatedly remind staff to clean the floors and take care of other cleaning tasks. Despite these issues, the majority of the staff do a great job, and I would still recommend considering this facility for your loved one.

They promised care that my husband didn't receive. They were sending my husband to the ER frequently because of his behavior due to the fact that they never got his medications correct. He became aggressive and Milford sent him to Meadowood for two weeks telling me that they would get his medications corrected. I have had some issues where I came to pick up my Aunt for a doctor appointment and was told by [name removed] that nursing did not do their part before I could take her. Luckily I was early enough to get nursing to do what they needed to do so I was able to get to the appointment on time. Also, my Aunt is to wear compression socks daily. On entering, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The property is beautifully and appropriately furnished. All questions were answered and my concerns were addressed.
