PositiveThey were extremely compassionate and caring with my mother. She was always clean and seemed content. My mother was in memory care and the staff was amazing. I don't use that word lightly. I was updated on her condition regularly. The staff was there for her and I during her final days. I can't recommend this facility enough. Compared to the other facility she was in, it was a night and day with care.

PositiveThe staff take very good care of my Mom. They are very attentive to her needs. Mom is happy there. Always clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and my mom has a special relationship with them. They provide a high quality of care and when mom needs medical attention she gets it. PositiveThe Mill Creek Manager, Clinical Director and staff are always professional and very helpful. There are lots of activities for residents. It is a friendly and safe environment and residents are treated with dignity and respect. Resident apartments are very nice, fitted with multiple ways to call for service and grab bars where needed.
