Positive[name removed], who oversees the community, is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond, and the entire staff is friendly, caring, and wonderful to work with. This is a fantastic community with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It does have a slower pace than some of the other communities we toured, but that seems to reflect the age and lifestyle of the residents. Overall, this community feels a bit more mature, which creates a calm, comfortable environment that many people would appreciate.

PositiveWe had a really good experience with Mission Oaks - so much better than with a previous facility our loved one was at. It's a clean friendly atmosphere with caring personnel. They're always really friendly and took care of our loved one very well. They have people who have been there a number of years. The nurses call with updates, which we didn't get at the previous place. They really kept us informed of his needs. He had a really nice room, and it was kept clean. They had a lot of activities. They would even take…

PositiveMission Oaks was a blessing. We had seen and been through many other facilities in the area and settled in Mission Oaks for not only it's quiet charm, but the warm and friendly caregivers, the experienced and dedicated leadership who are available to help at any time. The staff has been there a long time and they really go above and beyond to make the residents safe and happy. It's a gem! No complaints or regrets here. It was a great decision.

My husband and I looked at many facilities, but when we walked into Mission Oaks we both looked at each other and said, "this is it". The atmosphere was homey, and the many staff and residents we met were so friendly and welcoming. The best thing was that everyone seemed happy! My parents and our family were made to feel such a part of their family. Staff are so caring, and very quick to respond to questions or concerns. W…

PositiveMom has been at Mission Oaks for three and a half years and she and her family are thrilled with the facility. The environment is clean, well run and the staff is friendly, outgoing, helpful and encouraging not only to mom but to our family as well. It truly has a family-feel and the staff makes a good effort to include the residents in activities to promote mental and physical wellness. Prior to living at Mission Oaks, mom was hospitalized repeatedly for multiple health reasons. Since she has been living at the As…

CriticalMy parents lived there for over a year. It was good at first, however, the end of life situation was very cold and business like. I would not recommend the place.
