Disappointed

Unfortunately, there has been a constant turnover of the Administrator, Director of Nursing and Memory Care Director positions. Despite claims of dementia training, care staff have little to no training or understanding of dementia...even in their memory care neighborhood. Communication is poor and the visiting doctor is impossible to reach. Care staff is set up to fail with little support and training.

I am very happy with the service they provide. The facility is amazing. Clean, new, fresh and tons of natural light and outdoor space for the residents. The spaces are well proportioned and thoughtfully designed and furnished. I am always pleasantly greeted by the front desk, and I routinely get calls from the caretakers regarding medicine changes and feedback on my wife's care. The staff is very friendly and caring. Monarch Coopers Corner

Monarch Coopers Corner is absolutely amazing. The place is immaculate, the staff is so attentive and empathetic, it's like a family. My parents have acclimated very nicely and are very happy there. I would give them a 10! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Although it was a bumpy start due to the fluctuations in Opening Date, both before and after Mom arrived, the staff was extremely helpful. We had no doubt that we made the right decision! Once a resident, the staff provided tremendous care to Mom and took the time to get to know family members too. They were also very accommodating whenever a large group of us would come to visit. Even once Mom was enrolled in Hospice, she was still able to remain comfortable at Monarch. Sadly she passed peacefully in February, …

An exceptional memory care facility

My mom moved into the memory care portion of the facility shortly after it opened last summer, and we are thrilled with it. The decor looks more like a nice hotel than a senior living institutional facility. The staff are fantastic - friendly, caring, and professional across the board. They have varied activities every day, from right after breakfast until dinner time, which keeps my mom engaged and both socially and physically active. Happy Family for Monarch Coopers Corner!

When we toured Monarch Coopers Corner, it had not yet opened so a lot of the décor had not yet been in place. However, we got to see the final product just prior to Mom moving in. Even when virtually empty, we could tell that it was going to be right for us! We are glad that we waited for the facility to open and we were right! I spoke to Mom today and she said that everyone there is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to others.
