I selected Montage because I was very impressed with it and it certainly met my expectations. Because of a long-running a family dispute about her care, I was not able to have her cared for at Montage until 3 days before she died. The staff were all extremely kind and gave her excellent care while she was in the final stages of dying, even though they didn't know her and she was not able to respond to their care. They treated her with kindness and respect as if they knew her. I brought family pictures and flowers…

Do not like this place. I went to visit my grandma and a lady came in named [name removed] that was very rude and smelled like cigarettes and it was not appealing to my grandma. She acted and looked like she was drunk or on drugs and I am not very pleased with this place. Working on getting my grandma out of there. Tried to talk to the staff about not having [name removed]be there but my grandma said she is still there. If you are drunk or on drugs how can you take care of my grandma. Location, facilities, staff. My loved one got very good care from the staff and Hospice. Also, my loved one was not there very long before they passed. I appreciate what they did for my loved one.

PositiveI think is a great property and community. I do think opportunities with the staff could be better, have to keep asking to get some things addressed multiple times. Cleaning his sheets and his room we have to end up cleaning after them several times. Overall is a decent experience, just a few things that could use enhancements.
