Morada Pantego was my favorite of the places APFM sent me. Renting was pleasant and easy. Moving mom in has been harder because it's hard to move when you're 84. However, the staff is caring and helpful. The movers they recommended were great. The apartment is spacious and bright. The residents are very friendly. The activities are fun and inclusive. And mom has reported that the food is delicious. Not everything is happening as quickly as we would like, but I feel like that happens everywhere. Overall, I would say…

It is extremely nice staff. The unit is nice but needs maintenance constantly. Like my fan lights come on by themselves constantly and they can't determine why. My neighbors sink leaked and water came into my unit, I have electric plugs I can't use because the devices don't stay plugged in, the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced but they never get around to it because the maintenance man is so busy. Food is good and you enjoy it with good friends made fast at the home. They do many activities that make it hard to …
