Overall, the experience has been mixed. Some staff are great, while others have attitudes. The interim director is good, and the other department heads are also good. The kitchen staff could use improvement. There should be dedicated kitchen workers in memory care rather than having resident aides trying to do both aide work and kitchen duties. From a time I walked through the door until the time I left.All of my questions were answered everything in the place looked very, very well.Taking care of that there was no stile smell.I did not smell old people.

The majority of staff at Morningside in Exton Pa were very good taking care of my mother. They would be patient with her and sit and chat for a few moments as time allotted. She, like many of the residents, craved company. I wish they would hire a person just to make rounds and visit with the residents. She was often reluctant to participate in the social gatherings but when she did I believe she enjoyed them. But many times the nursing aids were short staffed and seemed disorganized.
