★★★★★
Positive. Among the things that we liked most about Morningview were the administrative staff and the value for the money. [name removed], the director of admissions, was very knowledgeable and responsive, and [name removed], the executive director, even offered his pickup truck to help with moving in if we needed it! Morningview was the most affordable option that we looked at, and, in addition, Morningview is a flat-rate facility - they do not charge more if more care is needed.

Criticallease keep in mind that my personal thoughts for MORNINGVIEW are pre- [name removed] arrival as Director. I feel "many positive changes" have improved 100% since his arrival... I'm sorry I didn't meet Mr. [name removed] from the beginning. He is an awesome Director who is true to his position. I was not happy w/any 1 "thing" since the day I was forced to sign a contract. At some point, perhaps, my husband & I will have the chance to experience his positive dreams for residents of MORNINGVIEW.

CriticalOne night for dinner they served my husband a grilled cheese sandwich that bounced off the plate when plate was put on table. [name removed], the sales person, could sell snow to the Eskimos. Most nurses are wonderful!!! The Staff ([name removed]for 1) is a back stabber. [name removed] is very nice but doesn't know everything that goes on & she didn't know I was required to have an escort to see my husband of 52 yrs.. The receptionist is friendly, awesome. They all listen to my daughter & vice versa. A sad situati…

CriticalOur family had an in person tour with Morningview Assisted Living and the director was later. The building is very old and needed a lot of work. That in itself wouldn't have turned us off as both my sister and I love old buildings and antiques. It just wasn't ready for occupancy. The person in charge was very enthusiastic and had good ideas but it just wasn't ready.
★★★★★
PositiveWe had a nice tour experience with MorningView. They had a new person who was in charge and she was absolutely wonderful. The facility itself though is very old and needed some major updates which is why we did not go with them.
★★★★★
PositiveI liked Morningview. I really liked the people, but not the area it was located in. They also didn’t have any single rooms unless you paid double.
