my experience with Mountain Glenn was very negative in a 2 week period of time, my sweetheart fell at least five or six times there was no supervision or help. The food was not good. He was very unhappy there and then they said they can't take care of him after two weeks and before he was ever accepted they came out and visited with him. They gave him an assessment. They said he would do great in their facility and it proved to be the total opposite, I would never recommend mountain glen.

My 92-year-old mother was recently evacuated to Mountain Glen due to flooding. They were extremely helpful, very calm, efficient, cheerful and went out of their way to ensure the residents were taken care of as best they could under the circumstances. Hats off to Mountain Glen! Immense gratitude to you all, especially working double shifts plus.
