CriticalI'm living at the mountain view for 5 years and I want to tell you the food is horrible and the person who is working here name [Name Removed] is a heartless and bad person he is harassing people and doesn't give pain killer when I was suffering from back pain

PositiveMy mom was a resident at Mountainview Residential Care Facility. We were very happy with our experience there. Fortunately, it was a temporary placement for my mom at the time, but we would use them again, if necessary. The staff provided a very friendly and caring environment. They made my mom comfortable but also encouraged her to rehab (after badly breaking her ankle) so she could come home.

Positive[name removed] and her team have been fabulous with my father in law. They are responsive, they care and they take excellent care of him. We have been nothing but impressed. The skilled nursing facility he was at gave me a day and a half to figure out where we would move him (with a catheter, which complicates things) and [name removed] went out of her way to get things done in a very short timeframe. So grateful for them!
