PositiveVery clean. The assisted living apartments don't feel like nursing home rooms. There's a cosy feeling through out the building. The green spaces are a big plus for me. Staff is very friendly and seem to be close to the residents.

Very nice facility with very kind and caring people, but systemized procedures for nursing care and medication are needed. , I would recommend to others, but I really think you could be pretty darn perfect if you worked out a couple of kinks in your communication paths .

The nurses and administration are GREAT. The facility is clean, the food is pretty good though the portions seem small , but I eat too much and would greatly benefit from eating smaller portions. They have good activities vs putting cotton balls on Santa's beard. This was one of the activities at [community removed] and I was simply appalled. In regard to the aides. Some are viably bored and get frustrated with dad bc he has declined , gets confused and is very weak. He is a two-person assist. This one aide kept …

The management is very helpful at all aspects of the journey. You really feel like they have an "open door/ability to contact" relationship with the family too. I would say the only drawback or remotely "negative" thing we have experienced is ---- it would be ideal if the room could be cleaned on a more predictable basis. We have repeatedly told housekeeping the best time is Fridays at 11or1130.....but they come on Wed Thursday etc AND I'd say the level of "clean" is 6/10. If that could be improved, I think reside…
