PositiveOur family's experience
My in-laws have been at the Murano for 6 months. My 95-year-old mother is moving in next month. There have been staffing shortages in the dining room but they are back to full. Management listens and responds to residents concerns. I am very happy with the staff and interactions with residents.

We really loved Murano. It was like living in a fancy boutique hotel. The staff and other residents were very sweet to my mom. Overall, we just loved it loved it loved it. My mom found community immediately. The other residents were so welcoming and invited her to join in their activities, of which there were many. My mom especially loved the food, and my husband and I joined her for meals there regularly. We had a couple small hiccups, but with assisted-living that is to be expected, and they were remedied very q…

Staff is great - energetic, patient, and courteous. Understanding of seniors' needs. They are great at remembering people and giving personal attention. My parents are in a one-bedroom. The bedroom and bath are sufficient. Living room /dining space is tight but workable. It is great to have a full kitchen. The accounting is confusing and food service is perennially unacceptably slow. Food quality is good, but service is poor.
