Review for Naples Green Village

Not happy with cleanliness. Thousands of ants I cleaned this morning. No towels or toilet paper. We're told laundry would be done twice a week. Not done. Other patience come in room and take her things. Also came in [date removed] and broke her lamp. Report things and nothing done. Help is nice but only say not there job. Garbage only emptied when I do it. Sure hope things will improve.

Naples Green is a lovely community with seemingly dedicated staff. I was greeted warmly and treated with care and respect. The rooms are decorated nicely and were clean. There were no bad smells. The residents seemed to be happy in their environment.

Peace of mind

My mother in law is really enjoying the weather in Florida. She likes the activities. The other residents. Her little dog is a hit. The size is small so it's not overwhelming. She said the good is ok. We feel she is being cared for well

Care and staff are awesome. Sure I would recommend, and I visited 4 places and Naples Green Village was my 5th and immediately loved the place, it was also in my mom's price range, she loves living there

Review for Naples Green Village

Actually I would give it zero stars since they had a new management come in with [name removed]as the ED it went down hill! I would never recommend this place to anyone's loved ones! Bunch of liars putting on a show for corporate. Shame on them!!!!

Overall a nice community

We had a great first call with the director of sales! He showed us around via FaceTime since we were in NY and they were in Florida Great staff. Very friendly. Facility clean. My mother in law felt very welcome and is enjoying it. She likes the food too So far everything has been great.
