CriticalWe were suppose to receive a prorated refund for 9 days[Amount Removed], after my brothers death. They keep an additional 2 weeks even after room is cleared. We can't get [Names Removed] or corporate to return calls or emails, although we were promised refund end of April credited to account. Be distrustful of financial dealings!

PositiveWhat we like the most about New Haven Assisted Living community is that the staff is attentive to the residents. They show love and compassion to them. They celebrate all of the holidays with parties and activities.

PositiveMy mom is relatively happy there. She is always concerned when the staff changes, which it does often. The food is a mixed bag, either absolutely delicious or inedible (according to her). The activity director is absolutely wonderful. She keeps the residents entertained. We really appreciate the small size, it affords the residents to easily forge relationships with each other and the staff.

Times I have been there food is cold. Everyone deserves a warm meal to eat. Many residen…

PositiveFood and cleanliness are a top priority. The age are outstanding and continuously try to better themselves by schooling. My wife is there and is treated like a queen I can't complain about anything at this time.
