Terrific staff

The staff is amazing as well as all of the other tenants. The property is beautiful indoors and out. There is activities to participate in if you choose to almost every day, the food is terrific.

Mom's new home.

Close to my home, beautiful property, friendly people, elder Waiver accepted. Beautiful studio apartment was available. It's a lovely facility but they do seem short staffed if you need alot of assistance.

Activity director keeps residence, engaged with daily activities and creates an inclusive sense of community. The facility is kept clean and well lit at all times. Areas to improve on : Administration does not follow through with resident complaints regarding staff not completing basic contractual services. (ie, weekly showers) Aids are not well trained in caring for ailing elderly. -Too rough and inexperienced. Meals are fried and processed with no fresh fruits or vegetables. New Perspectives Carlson Parkway is an outstanding senior facility in all ways. It is very warm and caring place for your loved one. I recently toured this community for a loved one relocating from Rochester to the Minneapolis metro area. This is a stressful move as my loved one has been in his current setting for over 35 years. The community was super clean and [name removed] the sales director was patient and made us feel very welcome. We will be moving our loved one in [date removed].
