Family and resident feedback

★★★★★
PositiveVery pleasant experience. Everyone that we spoke with was extremely nice. The facility is very beautiful and everything was perfect organized.
★★★★★
PositiveWe were impressed with the tour and we now feel the timing may be too soon to move to an Active Living Facility. When we decide we are ready we would definitely consider New Pond Village. This facility fits our search requirements for all three phases of retirement living.
★★★★★
PositiveThe overall idea of the community, most people are friendly, the whole dining room dinner reservation thing is weird to me and many others, very poor communication between administrators, nursing , PT department & aides that assist my husband. So yes improve communication and be available , are there care plans that each aide can follow to keep things consistent with each individual?
★★★★★
PositiveAll people here seem happy and friendly. Staff is always willing to help. Food is good. Variety Lots of activities. Quiet. Apartments completely redone before you move in
★★★★★
PositiveI don't think the food is very healthy - my father loved vegetables and he hardly got any. Before we moved in we were told he could get creamed spinach every day, but that wasn't how it actually works. Also it wasn't very easy for him to get outside, so he was almost always inside, and he liked fresh air. I also didn't like the Styrofoam and plastic utensils when he ate in his room, which was a lot.
★★★★★
PositiveAsk questions several times during the process - The timeline from initial discussions and visits to move in can be lengthy. So, it is best to confirm amenities and services that are important to your loved one before you sign paperwork. Several important amenities had been discontinued by the time of move in, so expectations were off. Notwithstanding, NPV is still a great place!

Classification and identity evidence
Listed by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging & Independence as a Continuing Care site that submits operational documents under Massachusetts law. The listing supports the CCRC classification but does not identify the operator, prove current availability, or state a current price. The live Mass.gov endpoint returned 403 from the production network, so this observation uses the versioned official directory snapshot captured 2026-08-15; sourceAsOf remains 2026-07-24.
