CriticalTurn over, meds, not clean
Horrible turn over rates on employees. Mismanagement of meds and some of it being narcotics. No housekeeping being done like we was told. Workers are horrible to some of the residents. Please if you love your family find a different place. They let anyone give meds out and most of the time the workers don't even know what the meds are used for. Only good this is [name removed] and her kitchen staff. The activities are not done like the say

My mother in law was there for 9 years and left just a couple of weeks ago. There were 4 people living in assisted living when she left. When she moved in there were 34. They cannot keep residents and staff changes so frequently that we could not keep up. We’ve had issues from ear drops being put in her eyes by an unqualified staff member to her being fed McDonald’s, pizza and whatever came off the frozen food delivery truck that week. Since 2019 we have seen a great decline in care and management and had to make t…
