Everything takes about a month to get settled in and probably some of it is my own frustration. What did it for me is the cost with speech therapy and physical therapy it's running us about $[removed] for her to live there per month that's with food included and electric water, sewer. And they give her medication twice a day at some places we could be spending upwards of $[removed] or more for this same amenities. She has a room with a bedroom, a small little kitchenette with a small, living room. She has been quit…

However, cost can be high when adding care levels. For average people probably out of price range. Don't care fir current administrators here. Their focus seems to be on money more than quantity of care issues. Facility itself is nice with new upgrades. Food is some improvement needed.

PositiveSo grateful and appreciative!
The sales manager went out of her way and was very patient during the registration process. She showed us the room and "held" it for us until we're able to get the funds needed. Also, the staff helped acclimate my aunt to her new surroundings and got her involved in activities right away. My aunt loves Northgate Park! I wish she could have done this years ago. Also, Northgate Park is more reasonable that other senior communities in the Cincinnati area.
