Staff is top notch. Trained very well, kind and compassionate. Food is healthy and tasty with a wide variety. Facility is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I absolutely LOVE them!

Our tour guide, [name removed], was very nice. He took the time to understand where we were coming from and what we needed, and gave us a complete tour. He was not pushy like some of the other salesman at the places we toured. The facility was top-notch. Bright and inviting, the menu at the restaurant looked outstanding, and there seemed to be lots of happy people with plenty to do.

I was picked up and returned as I had no ride. I was treated first in the dining room where I met some old friends as I lived at another Merrill Gardens at one time, I enjoyed a nice lunch and then was shown 2 different studio apartments, the Theatre and then had a talk with [Name Removed] about prices, received a nice folder and a special cookie to take back with me. All in all it was a good experience and a very lovely residence. My concern is the distance from my son in Campbell.

Wonderful Senior living & Assisted Care

My father moved to Novelle in [Date Removed], and his experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The food is excellent, and the ambience is inviting. The spacious rooms, complete with in-unit washers and dryers, full-size kitchens, and walk-in closets, are simply spectacular. What truly sets Novelle apart, though, is the staff. Wonderful new senior community

My daughter and I watched Novelle being built last year. When we saw the sign that it was open, we decided to take a tour. It is a beautiful facility, the units are spacious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband recently moved in and appears to be adjusting quite well. I will eventually be moving in myself and have already met new friends there! I know that we made the right decision for the both of us.

What we like the most about the community is that it is very clean, good service in the restaurant, and very friendly staff Yes, I would recommend community to other families.
