The facility manager is warm and welcoming, and the house is kept clean and well maintained. Overall, the staff is attentive and caring, though a few could present themselves more professionally. Female residents, in particular, seem to receive excellent care, and the team shows genuine compassion toward all residents.

Very Impressed

Oak Haven has a great atmosphere, great people, food and care. Very impressed with the staff and their interactions with others there. Using first names instead of honey, sir etc. makes you feel at home. I was always greeted with a smile even offered me coffee when visiting
