What I love about this facility is their use of the spark program. It is the only model I found in Tyler that focuses on what residence can do rather than on what they have lost and can no longer do. The enrichment activities they provide are research based And are definitely designed to help residence retain the cognitive abilities they have.

We will always be grateful for Oak Hills Terrace. Mom passed a week ago, and the months she was at Oak Hills Terrace were precious for us.
