[Name Removed] was very helpful. My mom is still asking to go home so she hasn't accepted the move. She is resistive to joining the activities. She tells me they take her and don't give her a choice. She needs to do more than stay in her room so I have no problem with that. As far as I can tell the staff is great. She likes some more than others. I hear the complaints of experienced workers complaining how there is little or no training for the new people. [name removed] and I have experienced this to our annoyance, too. Sometimes, there is no common sense used by newer aides when dealing with patients. If there are rules and not being followed, there are no corrections being made that can be seen. Whenever I need to dry my hands after working with my husband , there are never any towels! Very little variety of food. No fresh fruit is provided for memory …

CriticalSales pitch misleading
Our experience was not a good one. I took Harvey out in less than 48 hours. The friendliness of the staff gets a 2 except for the woman who gave the sales pitch, visited our home, and signed us up. The staff gets a 3, but the administrator did follow up quickly after my letter!
