Positive[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible! Very informative. Very friendly and helpful. They got so much accomplished in a short period of time to get my brother a room and to get him settled! The staff in Memory Care already feel like family! Everyone that is employed at facility greets you with a big smile and very courteous! The residents there all look very happy and seem to love their home at Oak Pointe Thank You for many this transition for my brother as easy as possible…

We were overall satisfied with the care they provided Mom and Dad. Two points of concern. First, the food is mediocre at best. They told us they had a chef on staff but the food was equivalent to a school cafeteria. Second, they were short-staffed more often than we thought they should be, so sometimes they were slow in responding to the call button.

I was most pleased with Carthage, but I've heard really bad things from Oak point in [location removed]. It might be a completely different experience. I've understand that [name removed] has moved on without him. I don't know what I would thought of that place.
