Everyone was extremely thorough and friendly. The rooms are very nice, staff wonderful, lots of activities to engage the residents. The food in the main restaurant is excellent as is the food on the memory care floors. We dealt with [names removed] as the contact job who did a fabulous job!!

The staff is amazing. The sales was great but weren't fully transparent on explaining the points etc. the move in was not super smooth or organized but we managed fine. The place is clean and there are activities that my dad enjoys. The food is good. I wish they had a bit more to do post-dinner but I think that's everywhere. My dad is on the more capable side of care. His room is large and well kept. A 2nd floor bright unit.

The building and the grounds are very nice -- the vibe is like a fairly upscale hotel. The staff are uniformly pleasant and helpful. The food overall is quite good, but the options are more limited in memory care -- understandable since a full menu would be very challenging for those in cognitive decline, but my dad has grumbled about it.
