Oakmont of Fresno

Had a nice tour of this facility. [name removed], our contact, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Menu options were good and appeared appetizing. Offered us to join them in a meal. Fairly large rooms. Viewed both assisted care and memory care facilities.

Highly recommend the staff is awesome

It's all 5s it would be nice if there wasn't so many extra little charges but so far all 5s and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

A bit pricey but would recommend.

I would have to give Oakmont of Fresno a 4 to call categories, but with that being said my mom is very happy there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Avoid Oakmont if you need Memory Care for a loved one.

I wrote a 5 star review on this site for Oakmont in 2016. I need to get it removed, because now Oakmont is one star at most. I'm a positive person as you can see from my old review. My Father lived here since 2016. It has gone down hill in the last few years. Staffing is so low, which means residents are totally ignored, given attention, or proper care. When I'd visit he was ver checked on or when I left it took 10-15 minutes to find staff to let me out. If you complain they charge you more money, but you never see…

The staff work hard to make the residents comfortable and happy. I would recommend Oakmont of Fresno to others.

Oakmont Review

I'm happy with Oakmont. It's a very friendly and caring community all of the employees seem to like their jobs and the management also the office doors are right in the lobby and open which I can't say for [ facility name removed]
