PositiveHad a nice tour of this facility. [name removed], our contact, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Menu options were good and appeared appetizing. Offered us to join them in a meal. Fairly large rooms. Viewed both assisted care and memory care facilities.

It's all 5s it would be nice if there wasn't so many extra little charges but so far all 5s and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I wrote a 5 star review on this site for Oakmont in 2016. I need to get it removed, because now Oakmont is one star at most. I'm a positive person as you can see from my old review. My Father lived here since 2016. It has gone down hill in the last few years. Staffing is so low, which means residents are totally ignored, given attention, or proper care. When I'd visit he was ver checked on or when I left it took 10-15 minutes to find staff to let me out. If you complain they charge you more money, but you never see…
