★★★★★
PositiveStaff is very attentive to all resident's. The daily activities allow my mom to help with things, such as, arrangements for tables in the dining room. My mom's apartment is spacious and well kept. The entire staff are so professional. I am at ease knowing my mom is in a great living environment.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very clean, calm, and well cared for. The staff are friendly and patient, and they genuinely try to make residents feel comfortable and known. There are regular activities and special Friday outings that give residents something to look forward to. It’s a quieter environment overall, which has been great for my sister. On holidays, staffing seems a bit lighter (which is pretty common), but it’s also much quieter then, and we haven’t had any issues.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is very caring of my mom and our family. Activities, staff have daily activities that keep my mom stimulated to keep her mind being used, instead of just watching TV. Food is excellent, 2 entree options are provided at each meal. And the good is good quality. The room is neat, clean and well kept. I couldn't ask for more of the staff orcghe administration in taking care of my mom
★★★★★
PositiveIn the year my husband has been in memory care at Oakmont there have been multiple changes in the caregiving staff as well as the administrative staff. I know their jobs are difficult and probably not well paying, but the turnovers have not all been easy. Things appear to be more settled now and I'm hoping the current staff will be staying for awhile.
★★★★★
Positive5 for all categories (except food). The section for dementia residents did not get nice meals like the assisted living residents (I rate his food a 2). They were working on improving. Not sure now if it's better. He really loved Oakmont. We visited often and we were very happy with the facility, staff & the care he received. The staff treat the residents like their own family. I could see that they cared deeply for each and every resident.
★★★★★
PositiveI have told friends that it was a very good experience for our family member. She like games and activities & socializing. She likes the other guests and the staff all know here name.
