So far so good

4 stars only because the communication seems to drop from the sales person once you move in?? We figured everything out by asking many people that worked with the Seniors. They were our best resource afterwards. So far so good. Dad loves the food.

The first thing that caught my eye was the surroundings of the building, they were pleasant and very woodsy. I felt as if I were in an area far away from the city. Entering the building was also a delight very bright and welcoming. The front lobby concierge was so happy and engaging. Meeting with the Marketing Director[Name Removed]was like meeting an old friend. Pleasant, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall - seemed like a great place. The staff was friendly and plentiful - food was great and the residents were happy to give good recommendations. I liked the assisted living with transition to dementia care.

Tough time but worth it in the end.

Responsive to concerns. Nothing is ever perfect. It takes adjustment! I would recommend to others.

A place to care for the mother of our family.

I am always amazed and extremely pleased at how caring the staff is with all of the memory care residents. The facilities are always well maintained and kept clean. The meals are tasty and sufficient, Our family can depend on the staff to support our family member to have a clean surrounding and clean clothes and to be given her daily medications as requested by her doctor.

Exceptional

My grandfather moved in recently (2 weeks) and it already feels like home. My family and I do not feel like guests when we come in but like we belong here. My grandfather and his dog have many new friends and everyone gives a warm welcome. This community felt like a beacon of light when our family was in the middle of the storm.
