I'm saddened that my sister has passed but thankful she doesn't have to spend another day there. The sales pitch was inviting. Every question I asked after my sister entered was answered with a puzzled look and a "I'm not sure or I don't know". I had to take her laundry out to wash it bc she only had 1 outfit in her closet. Her laundry basket was overflowing. When I asked when her laundry was scheduled to be washed I got the "I'm not sure, it doesn't look like she's on the schedule"?? After returning from launderin…

There has been a turn over in administrative staff. My mother has been residing there since Sept 2025. We are now on our 3rd community relations person, 3 wellness nurse and 2nd executive director. I am pleased with the current administration. I have not seen a changeover of caregivers which is good. My mother seems to like them & they say they enjoy working with her.
