Oaks at Grove Park

The facility was clean and offered bright lighting. The staff was welcoming and answered all of my questions. The residents seemed to be happy and content.

The Oaks at Grove Park is one of the best communities Columbus has to offer. [name removed] is amazing - high energy, compassionate, and always ready to help. The other staff members are also pretty incredible. The food is superb and the facility itself is well maintained. It's always bright and clean and feels like home!

My Mother's New Home

There has been a turn over in administrative staff. My mother has been residing there since Sept 2025. We are now on our 3rd community relations person, 3 wellness nurse and 2nd executive director. I am pleased with the current administration. I have not seen a changeover of caregivers which is good. My mother seems to like them & they say they enjoy working with her. Great Facility, Great Choice

The facility and staff were fantastic. They took great care of mom leading up to her final days making her very comfortable. They were very accommodating during a very difficult time.

I would recommend!

Great place for your loved ones to be cared for. My mother’s niece is in Horizons Memory Care there and we are very pleased. There are plenty of activities, an outdoor courtyard area, and the food is great
