When my parents moved in, they had three buildings: independent, assisted, and memory care. In the last year, they moved the independents, memory care into the central building. They did away with the large covered entrance which was in between the first and second building leaving elderly residents exposed to bad weather while coming and going. The staff are friendly but not the management. When it comes to the meals they just started charging an extra $10 per meal if u ask for it to be packed for pickup. Delivery is another [fee removed]. No extra charge if u eat in the dining room. In [date removed] we had 1 week notice that the people on the Independent living side would have to move over to the assisted living side so they can do renovations - anywhere from 6-8 months.
