Great place to live

The grounds here are beautiful and there is a wooden walkway down toward Swan Creek that is wonderful for people to walk on where they may see deer, turkeys and other wildlife and there is also a large deck where we have outside parties and programs and it also looks down over Swan Creek. Every week the bus drives us to appointments, grocery shopping, and monthly outings to shopping at various places, breakfast, lunch and dinner out. Warm, friendly home atmosphere

I worked mostly with [name removed] and she was absolutely wonderful. Also, your main receptionist was always efficient, warm and friendly. We chose this facility because of the ability for resident to stay there even if money ran out. Also liked the Christian basis upon which things were managed.

Ohio Living Swan Creek in Toledo, OH--I would say that the support that I receive here from the staff is great and that it is a place that does accept Medicaid and they also have a "Care Fund" to draw from so that no one is ever denied care as long as they live. I'm very happy that "A Place for Mom" directed us here. Now my husband is in Memory Care and he is just down the hall from my Independent Living apartment.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice community but just not what we were needing for our loved one at the time

They are a good facility. Everything is very well kept. Everything is very pleasing as far as decorations and the staff is very friendly. The apartments are very nice, spacious and well kept. Anytime my loved one needs anything someone is there within the hour to help them.
