PositiveThe person who was to take us on a tour was in a meeting but a very lovely woman stepped right in and showed us what we wanted to see abd answered all our questions. There was a friendly atmosphere in the common rooms and the dining room was bright, airy and spotless. There were several conversation areas on all the floors The carpets were dark which made the halls dim.

Positive[Name Removed] was gracious and good at explaining the benefits of Olympics West. Fees are not the highest nor the lowest of those we have seen. The building seems clean and well-maintained. The independent living and assisted living parts are separated into different parts of the facility. We did not view an assisted living apartment.

PositiveGreat place for my dad to stay until we could get him closer to family. Friendly helpful staff.
They were very welcoming a soft place for my father to land after a rough transition in his life. The driver was exceptional and accommodating. My dad really appreciated the staff that helped him with his laundry and also the person that cleaned his room. Our family also appreciated being able to stay in an extra room there to help my dad get settled.

To be honest, we did not think there was anything wrong with Olympics West, but my husband and I would not have chosen Olympics West. Our sister-in-law however, felt very comfortable there. I think she felt a sense of HOME there and maybe a place that was not overly fancy or slick. and of course, the price appealed to my SIL.
